Yes, we allow pets on the property up to 10 kg (20 lbs) and in the rentals. Please remember that you are responsible for picking up after your pet and any damages your pets may cause.

- Property-wide quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. and continue through 8:00 a.m. If you need anything from the public areas, please contact reception.

What is included in the rental price?
Your rate includes the fully-equipped property, including use of the clubhouse, main pool, fitness center, co-working area, playground, lawns and gardens.
How much for housekeeping service?
Boutique Hotel: Daily housekeeping is included for all Boutique Hotel studios and ocean-view suites at no additional cost.
Vacation Rentals: For all other accommodations (apartments, villas), daily cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
Is La Santa Maria all-inclusive?
At this time, our resort is not all-inclusive. That said, reception is pleased to assist you with anything you need. If you wish to bring your own food, the kitchen has utensils for preparation.

We can provide cleaning for an additional cost. Contact our reception for more information.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the whole property has fiber optic cable for high-speed internet access.
How many people do the rooms have capacity for?
Our maximum capacity is for 8 people. If you need space for more people, please contact us.

If your accommodations are ready early, we may allow check-in earlier, but this is at the discretion of the reception and availability.

Discounts are accepted, but blackout periods apply, such as during our high season (i.e. December and March) and key holiday periods (e.g. Holy Week, Independence Day, etc); other exclusions may apply.
How much is the deposit guarantee?
- Studios: $200 USD
- 2-bedroom apartments: $200 USD
- 3-bedroom apartments $ 300 USD

Can you provide information about COVID-19 and entry for Nicaragua?
Covid vaccination card is required by authorities to enter Nicaragua. Remember to have your card with both vaccines before you enter the country.
Are there any energy fees?
Our apartments have a maximum included energy consumption of 40 kw per day. If a surplus of energy is used, it will be charged upon departure (nominal fee of fifty cents ($.50 USD) per KW used).
