May I have guests?
At this time, only reported guests are allowed. If you wish to have guests in your rental property, please contact reception as early as possible to have them admitted. All guests must present valid photo identification before entering the property.
Can I bring pets with me?
Yes, we allow pets on the property up to 10 kg (20 lbs) and in the rentals. Please remember that you are responsible for picking up after your pet and any damages your pets may cause.
Are parties allowed?
While intimate gatherings are expected, parties are not allowed on the premises. That said, we do organize weddings, business events, wellness retreats, and other special events. Visit our Services page for details. If you wish to organize an event, contact reception.
Can I bring a Polaris or Quad?
Yes, you may. While these vehicles are not to be driven on premises, they may be parked in the external parking lot, which is guarded 24/7 by private security.
Can we come and go from the property anytime?
Yes, of course, without problems. We have 24/7 security
What are the times that I can use the public areas?
- Co-working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Pool hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Gym hours: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Property-wide quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. and continue through 8:00 a.m. If you need anything from the public areas, please contact reception.

Do you have a work area?
Yes, we have a co-working space with business facilities overlooking the infinity pool. It’s well appointed and equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet access.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we provide 24/7 onsite covered parking, although there are limits on the number of vehicles we can house.
Do you have a restaurant?
There is an onsite clubhouse that serves up snacks, drinks, and cocktails . Want to stay in and order out? We have a local San Juan del Sur delivery service for any restaurant in town.

Is La Santa Maria a hotel?
La Santa MarÃa Resort Residences and Vacation Rentals comprises 27 luxury residential properties with resort-like amenities situated on 7.5 acres of land along the pristine horseshoe bay of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.
What is included in the rental price?
Your rate includes the fully-equipped property, including use of the clubhouse, main pool, fitness center, co-working area, playground, lawns and gardens.
How much for maid services?
Our cleaning service has an additional cost of $ 20 each time.
Is La Santa Maria all-inclusive?
At this time, our resort is not all-inclusive. That said, reception is pleased to assist you with anything you need. If you wish to bring your own food, the kitchen has utensils for preparation.
Does the room include cleaning services?
We can provide cleaning for an additional cost. Contact our reception for more information.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the whole property has fiber optic cable for high-speed internet access.
How many people do the rooms have capacity for?
Our maximum capacity is for 8 people. If you need space for more people, please contact us.

If your accommodations are ready early, we may allow check-in earlier, but this is at the discretion of the reception and availability.
If you need a later check-out time, please speak to the reception as early as possible. Informing us will help serve future guests that may be coming into the room you are checking out.

Discounts are accepted, but blackout periods apply, such as during our high season (i.e. December and March) and key holiday periods (e.g. Holy Week, Independence Day, etc); other exclusions may apply.
How much is the deposit guarantee?
- Studios: $200 USD
- 2-bedroom apartments: $200 USD
- 3-bedroom apartments $ 300 USD

Can you provide information about COVID-19 and entry for Nicaragua?
Covid vaccination card is required by authorities to enter Nicaragua. Remember to have your card with both vaccines before you enter the country.
Are there any energy fees?
Our apartments have a maximum included energy consumption of 40 kw per day. If a surplus of energy is used, it will be charged upon departure (nominal fee of fifty cents ($.50 USD) per KW used).
